REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
TWO MAIN MISSIONS:
The first is to support international organizations in their real estate projects, whether it involves the construction, the renovation or modification of one or more buildings;
The second mission is to meet Switzerland's obligation as host state to guarantee the security of the international organizations it hosts.
INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
FIPOI acts as a "facilitator", assisting the organization in its dealings with the local authorities.
Through its intermediary, FIPOI also ensures the financial follow-up of the loan granted by Switzerland.
PERIPHERAL SECURITY
When an international organization requests and receives assistance from Switzerland to ensure its security outside its premise, FIPOI is mandated by the Swiss authorities to develop a security plan that meets the international organization's requirements.
Depending on the needs identified by the international organization, FIPOI's role can range from initiating the study of security concepts to its full implementation.
