The Operations & Maintenance sector is responsible for preserving the integrity and functionality of FIPOI’s real estate.

Its specialized team carries out preventive and corrective operations, ensuring that all equipment and infrastructure are operating at optimum efficiency. It manages the regular maintenance of heating and air-conditioning systems, electrical installations, plumbing and locksmithing, as well as the necessary repairs to buildings.

Its aim is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and functional environment for tenants, while maintaining the value of buildings through rigorous and proactive technical management.
