Property management is one of FIPOI's key areas of activity, ensuring the administrative management of its real estate assets. As a key contact for its tenants, the property management team is responsible for renting out premises, negotiating and monitoring contracts, collecting rent and coordinating with other FIPOI departments.

Dedicated to the satisfaction of its tenants, FIPOI ensures the optimization of rents, which is the Foundation's main source of revenue, while preserving its attractiveness to beneficiaries.
