Within FIPOI’s Property Management department, the Renovations team plays a crucial role. This team is responsible for developing renovation programs to maintain the value of its real estate. It plans the replacement of technical equipment while seizing the opportunity to make improvements in terms of comfort, modernity, and energy efficiency.

From project conception to completion, the Renovation department collaborates with architects, engineers, and craftsmen to transform spaces and make them more functional, sustainable and pleasant for users.
